Rebecca Yoder is Senior Director for Epiq Contracts Solutions. Previously, Rebecca was an Associate Partner with Spaulding Ridge’s DocuSign practice, growing the platinum partner’s CLM implementation footprint. She also served as a director in DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud Strategy Practice where she was DocuSign’s subject matter expert on corporate legal departments and legal operations. Rebecca brings more than 25 years of corporate legal industry and technology experience.

Rebecca spent 20 years at Accenture, most recently as the Director of Legal Technology and a Contract Manager. Rebecca was responsible for technology deployed to Accenture’s Legal professionals, as well as technology solutions deployed across Accenture on behalf of Legal (i.e. compliance tools). Rebecca worked closely with the internal IT department to deploy the full scope of the Legal IT blueprint, including Contract Management solutions like CLM, eBilling, Document Management, and Compliance solutions. 

Rebecca is a graduate of William Smith College in Geneva, NY with a B.A. in Political Science. She holds a “CCM Expert” certification with World Commerce & Contracting and was a Council Member from 2018-2022. She is based in Denver, Colorado
